Welcome to TJ's House of Bounce! We're excited to be part of your special event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

By reserving equipment from TJ's House of Bounce ("Company"), you ("Customer") agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. This contract is binding upon confirmation of your reservation.

2. Equipment Use and Safety

Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times when equipment is in use. Never leave children unattended.
Footwear and Accessories: All participants must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects before entering inflatables.
Prohibited Items: No food, drinks, gum, pets, or silly string are allowed on or near the equipment. Silly string can cause permanent damage and will result in a cleaning fee.
Weather Conditions: Inflatables should not be used in high winds (15 mph or more), rain, or lightning. If inclement weather arises, deflate the unit immediately and contact us for guidance.

3. Delivery and Setup

Access: Customer must ensure clear access to the setup location, free of obstacles like stairs or narrow pathways.
Surface Requirements: Equipment must be set up on a flat, clean surface. Grass is preferred. If setup is on concrete or asphalt, please inform us in advance so we can bring appropriate anchoring equipment.
Utilities: Customer is responsible for providing a grounded electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. If electricity is not available, a generator can be rented for an additional fee.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Weather-Related Cancellations: If you need to cancel due to weather, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Other Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Damage and Cleaning Fees

Responsibility: Customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
Cleaning: A cleaning fee will be charged if equipment is returned excessively dirty (e.g., food, drink spills, mud).
Silly String: Use of silly string on or near the equipment will result in a $250 cleaning and repair fee due to the damage it causes to the vinyl material.

6. Liability and Insurance

Assumption of Risk: Customer acknowledges that use of inflatables and other rental equipment carries inherent risks. By renting from TJ's House of Bounce, the customer assumes all responsibility for injuries or damages that may occur.
Insurance: TJ's House of Bounce is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

7. Permits and Regulations

Public Spaces: If your event is in a public space (e.g., park), it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Approved Vendor Lists: Some parks and facilities require vendors to be on an approved list. TJ's House of Bounce is an approved vendor for several local municipalities; please verify with your venue.

8. Payment Terms

Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Final Payment: Full payment is due prior to or upon delivery of the equipment.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, cash, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
